: the great roof terrace and the view over Rome you had up there. also the entire building complex is really nice, wonderful architecture. we also really enjoyed the area which is a more quiet neighborhood far away enough from the city center to escape the hustle and bustle but close enough to reach all must sees in a 30 bus ride.

: it was about 10-15 minutes from Rome by bus. The bus is around the block. It is very cozy apartment. It has almost everything you need to stay for a short period of time. They also booked the transfer from airport to the apartment which was great.
: I would say that we got there early and no one came to clean the apartment. I had to call them several times to check because the apartment was dirty. I had to seat there for 3 hours until they finally came to clean the apartment. We were supposed to get it by 3 pm and we got a clean place around 6 pm. We wasted a whole day in Rome. I also didnt get a call back to check on us to see if everything was all set. It was have been nice to get call to see if everything was all set but nothing. I also complaint that the iron was missing and I got one a couple of days after but I had to call several times to follow up on my request. I think they really need to work on the follow up to make sure that their clients are all set. Other than that, my stay was good. I just felt like they didnt care about my experience since I never got a call to check in on my requests. The fact that I lost one day in Rome waiting for someone to clean the apartment was not enjoyable to me. I also didnt get compensation for that. It was like it never happened. The internet was good but you cant stream on the TV very slow. The sofa is very uncomfortable which I think for the money that they are getting, it is time to get a new one. They also need to get rid of the pictures. They can be offensive. The place needs a touch up and please get a new lamp for the room. It doesnt cost much.

: Very good location for the tennis/football stadium and just a tram or bus ride into the city. The apartment was very clean and the roof terrace was stunning.
: It would have been nice to have more pillows and bed covers as the nights were still cool. A useful folder with info on local supermarkets, cafes and restaurants would have been appreciated.
