  : The location is quite good and in a quiet area. It's near the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps. I always walked to the city center. Additionally, it's possible to walk to Barberini metro station and square. The bed was comfortable and very cozy. Having a mirror on the ceiling was very nice. My room was cleaned every day. The view from my room was also beautiful. I reached the hotel by train from the airport to Termini station and then took a taxi. After check-out, I left my luggage for a few hours.
  : It would be nice to have a shelf in the bathroom to put belongings on. Also, it's necessary to leave the faucet open in the sink for hot water while taking a shower. There's unnecessary water waste happening. The refrigerator was working but not cooling.

  : The location was pretty good and had a nice restaurant right next to it.
  : It advertised having ac, and it did, but they would not turn it on. It was so hot and stuffy that it was impossible to sleep comfortably. My autistic son, who will only wear long sleeves and long pants, was supper uncomfortable. When I asked about it the staff was not very nice about it. The shower also did not drain very well, I had to take a very fast shower so it wouldn't overflow. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were so flat. The other issue was getting into the hotel was a bit confusing, I would suggest they explain that prior to checking in to help make check-in smoother for guest. They also need to let guest know that prior to booking that they have to pay city tax when checking out, it is an additional fee on top of what you already paid at booking.
