  : tv did not work, shower head did not work, only shower handle and the kitchen was a little broken up. however, the porter was attentive to address what he could.

  : Air conditioner was not working. I've contacted the owner who told me the AC would be repaired but in the end it was not. I was charged for "late check-in" even arriving few minutes after 9pm which is still a normal check-in time for tourists, and even having informed them upfront my estimated arrival time

  : The location is great - we did everything in Rome from there just walking, also the place has all the things you may need, with a fully equipped kitchen and nice beds and clean bathroom. The hosts were super quick in responding to our requests except for one day where the point of contact was away, but everything was quickly sorted out after that. The apartment is really cool and cozy! We loved it and it appears exactly as shown in pictures. We would definitely return to the place next time we're in Rome.
  : Overall the apartment was great, but a few things didn't work as expected: Wifi didn't work well. A/C didn't turn on (leds were blinking, indicating some kind of service was needed). There's a bar across the street that apparently sometimes can get very noisy and one of the nights it made it very difficult for us to get sleep as the window didn't close very well- they fixed all 3 things the day after in a timely manner and we were more than satisfied with this as it showed they really cared after all; we just expected these things would have been checked and taken care of before we arrived so we didn't have to pass a bad night and have to complain. But as said, after we spoke everything was sorted out quickly and they were genuinely interested in having us enjoy the stay so, I really appreciated their attitude towards listening to feedback and acting rapidly. Also note you need to climb stairs to first floor and there's an elevator (slow and tiny) from there to the other floors - you may want to consider this if you're not in shape or travel with older people.

  : Although we loved the location, unfortunately there was a nightclub opposite and the noise was horrendous in the middle of the night. Needless to say we didnt sleep for 2 nights because of the noise. The police came to break up a fight in the middle of the night! Not good.

  : The apartment is located in one of the busiest streets on route to Pantheon, hence a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The apartment has a kitchen and equipped with basic cookware.
  : A lot of tourists on the street and sound can be heard even after midnight as the apartment windows are not sound proof. The apartment is enough for two people but is advertised as suitable for 4 people. The sofa beds are really uncomfortable to sleep. There is no exhaust if you are planning to use the kitchen. The bathroom was not very clean, the drains were clogged.The elevator is available only on the first floor so we had to climb more than 10 stairs with our heavy suitcases. Would suggest to avoid if you are a group of 4.

  : The apartment was for 4 people and the table is very small. It was ok for us, we only had breakfast in the apartment, but it would be difficult for a family if they want to have lunch or dinner.
