  : This place felt like a squatters toilet didnt work and the water hardly gets warm. No heating and dirty

  : Last minute, cheap stay in Central Rome for one night prior to our flight home (we had a mixup with another hotel).
  : It is an apartment converted into rooms. Similar to student accomodation or a house share (but no kitchen facilities). Place wasn't super well kept, rooms were bare though fairly clean. Very strong smell coming from the building entrance/rooms in general - the place could use a deep clean. Could be decent with some more effort - decorating wouldn't go amiss. Mattress was comfortable enough, however very loud noise coming from the locals in the night which impacted sleep.

  : Excellent location, the owner is kind and helpful.
  : The bedding was dirty, the towels had an unpleasant smell. There is nothing to wipe the bathroom with after bathing. The remote for the air conditioner is not in the room, there is a radiator that only turns on at night, it was cold. There was no hot water several times.

  : This room was just the perfect size for 2 people who came to Rome for some sightseeing. Loved the corky tall window looking in a courtyard of the old and charming building. Perfect location ... a few streets away from Colodeum, local restaurants and even food market makes this unit super convenient. And must say Bed was surprisingly comfortable. I traveled with my 10year old and I was worried we may not be safe. But the big door with 5bolt lock made me feel much relaxed.
  : Apartment may have a little odor but it is more like the smell of the old building in this charming city
