  : Friendly staff and good location to walk directly into the centre of Rome. Lots of nice restaurants nearby, clean and tidy.
  : There was a smell of drains in the room each day and the air con would often leak ice onto the floor.

  : The location was good with easy access to buses and train station. The bed was comfortable and the room was very clean. The staff was friendly, flexible, and responsive.
  : It is in an old building, in the third floor, and the elevator was broken. Therefore, we had to carry the luggage. Even though the staff told us that the elevator will be fixed next morning, the cleaner in the building said it can take more than ten days. Additionally, the room tv was extremely small and old. Morever, the balcony was shared, and we couldn't find if the balcony door can be locked. So, in security terms this not the best option.

  : Very good A/C. Nice and welcoming aroma at the check-in location. Room was cleaned during the day.
  : Instructions to find the apartment were missing. Shower was leaking at the shower head.

  : Smelly sheets. I thought about letting house keepers know but it was from the bed cover and I was not sure if they can find something else. It smelled sweat or wet for a long time. That was not good. Next door guests were noisy.

  : Bedroom was really clean, bed was comfortable, very we connected, and beautiful balcony.
  : As it is next to a train station the area is not as pretty and clean as you would expect but it was safe.
