  : Great location near to metro station Castro Pretorio and 5 min walk from Roma Termini. In the nearest area a couple of restaurants with good prices.
  : Rooms needs to refresh. Walls are dirty and room is not cozy itself. Definitely weak sound proof is to improve. By the night be prepared that hear every little noise from the hall when other guests check in/out and noise from the street even tough our room didn't have a window to main street. Sure, if you visit Roma you don't spend a lot of time in your room, but after all day sightseeing is nice to get some sleep. Here it was really hard to do. Lack of kettle inside the room and any knifes, spoons or forge..

  : Nothing to complain; just worked good! Rooms were cleaned every day and staff was very cooperative in dropping our luggage off early at the arrival day and store them for a longer time at the departure day. Thanks!

  : It was impossible to lock the door in the bathroom. The firniture was quite old. The room was not the cleanest

  : The gardens both front and rear are gorgeous with fig trees bursting with figs.The jasmine was in full bloom and productive. An oasis in the chaotic city of Roma!

  : We were pleasantly surprised, the room was very clean, The location was very good as well, near to the central station (10 min walking distance). I highly recommend.
