  : The location and cleanliness of the hotel was good.
  : There was a problem with the lock of the door when entering the room, but we had to solve the problem ourselves and we were able to enter the room an hour late. We were able to reach the wifi password after a few hours. I would not choose this place again

  : Location was very close to the metro but metro station was closed on the dates that we were there so not really very helpful
  : The air conditioning unit was unable to keep the room cool during the high temperatures (35 -39 C) enough so sleeping was difficult. While it is supposed to be on the third floor, it felt more like being on the 4th floor. At first I thought this would not be a problem but after walking in the heat for 3-5 hours at the coliseum or at the Vatican, the last thing you want to do is climb another 3-4 stories. Also, I didnt receive information about how to enter the promises as there was no one on site. The phone number provided didnt work. Also no information on the internet. I wonder why the owner doesnt just leave it inside the unit on a piece of paper. Had to WhatsApp the owner. The WhatsApp contact information would have been appreciated

  : location is fine Clean, so so ambience, a bit charmless compared with photos but ok
  : HORRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT STAY HERE we had no functioning air conditioning despite there being two units and advertised AC. One unit no means to turn it onno remote and unit not accessiblehence the master suite upstairs completely unusable whole visit (top floor of building hence gathers heat of day; bought a thermometer today to check and it is 86F right now up there at 12:30 am). The downstairs unit was working previously, but the remote is now broken; Im sending my son out to try to find a store open at close to 1 am for batteries to see if that fixes it. I have called and messaged and messaged managementabsolutely no response at all about this, no offer of help. We are trying right now to get a hotel room for night in case replacing batteries in remote doesnt work.
