  : It was very clean and comfortable.
  : The check in process was terrible. I sent e mail response with arrival time of 1. Kept receiving on line check in requiring passport picture, numbers and DOB. Didnt want to do that. Arrived at 1 and no one there. Called number and received voicemail which then hung up. Dragged our bags across the street and had lunch hoping someone would arrive. Went back at 3 and very nice housekeeping person let us in. She had to call reception person. Not a good process if there is no one answering e mail or phones.

  : Good and quiet location, Great facilities, Staff was very helpful and accommodating with keeping our luggage
  : The bed had 2 single mattresses, so it was like sleeping in a twin bed room. The refrigerator in the room didn't work.

Traveller Type: Solo Traveler
  : The location was convenient for walking to and from Termini - about 10 minutes, and i was able to do this with my trolley bag. It was also convenient to several nice restaurants and a small supermarket opposite. Good proximity to Rome's attractions. i spent two full days just walking around Rome. Good air conditioning and wifi. Manager was helpful when i asked questions, responding quickly via Whatsapp. There was also a lift so you did not need to climb stairs with luggage.
  : You needed to walk through the bathroom to get to the bedroom area - the bathroom included a step in the corridor. The shower was on one side and the toilet/basin on the other. Breakfast was not included in the price. Accommodation was very expensive for what you got - though i found with Rome that either you pay little and stay in a large dorm, or pay a lot and stay in a simple but nice hotel room.
