  : Lovely location, next to bars and restaurants, tea and coffee facilities . However, it is on a very loud street so you can't open the windows at night. There is an AC in the room though.
  : The automatic bathroom light. It would activate every time someone would go to the bathroom. At night that's very inconvenient. Imagine you are sleeping but your partner needs the facilities at night ?? Bathroom was in front of the bed so the light would shine bright!!

  : The bed mattress and pillows were amazing- memory foam which provided great comfort. The room was very warm and nice, everything clean.
  : Only please add shampoo in the bathroom

  : The room was amazing - best room we stayed in Italy! It was luxurious, preserved the neoclassical architecture of the city and in the same time it was very modern and comfortable. The view and the sunlight it gets its something else!
  : The host waiting us for the check-in was rude and had close to zero sense of hospitality and manners. We got stuck in the elevator, and as soon as it happened you could hear him making noises and swearing. Then he started blaming me saying that I opened the door too soon and he wouldnt stop. I believe I opened the door after the elevator fully stopped and I defended myself but that doesnt really matter. Even if I opened the door before the elevator stopped his behaviour was completely unacceptable. You can see the effort that is done in the renovation and maintenance of the room, especially considering how low effort almost everything is in Rome city centre, but a great room with terrible hospitality says nothing.

  : The shower was not. Shower head needs a good clean out and room temperature not easy to make comfortable.

  : Really beautiful room and great location in Trastevere. Friendly and nice personnel. Lively neighbourhood.
  : Noise from street comes in, room was cold and heating didn't worked first (later it was fixed), fridge was broken and made beverages warm, horrible pillow and bad blanket in bed. Price without breakfast is quite high.

  : Great location, very central we walked to dinner every night and walked to the Vatican and the Colusseum. No taxis or buses needed. 20min to 30min walk.
