  : the place was clean and in a good location, however it is too noisy at night from the busy steeet downstairs. facilities were basic, and we had what we needed.
  : the staff member who greeted us was very pleasant, however when we left another staff member was harassing us by calling us 6 times in a row whilst we were checking in at the airport and couldnt talk at the time. the reason for their 6 calls was because the kids had left a piece of play dough on the floor for which we were blamed that it is poop, and afterwards they admitted that it is a play dough, a diaper on the floor which was sealed, and a few chalk marks on the wall. the end of our stay at the apartment is what ruined our experience, I will always remember this bad experience with a staff member.

  : Absolutely nothing! We booked a room for three, double bed + single bed for our daughter. The single bed was not straight, it had two heights so it could not be used. Impossible to sleep on. My daughter slept during our entire stay in Rome on the floor! Of course we immediately wrote to the contact woman. The hotel management did not take responsibility. Very disappointing and frustrating.
  : Everything . In addition to the matter of the bed, two days later a problem arose with the hot water. They wrote to me that they would check the issue with the maintenance man. They didn't get back to me. The water remained cold for the rest of our stay there. Another big disappointment.
