  : The decor of the room is very unique and the room is spacious and comfortable. The location is good, you can walk to the center or it is close to the public transport
  : Our room wasnt ready until 8:30 in the evening/ 20:30h! And checkout was in the morning so it was too expensive considering the time we had the room for! I guess its alright if you dont plan to rest during the day, in our case it was raining and that made it difficult to stay out all day.

  : The location was great, it was 2 stops away from termini the main station and is very safe and convenient! There was also always water available, via water dispenser.
  : I stayed for 4 days, the internet for the first 2 nights were working and reported that it didn't work for my 3rd and 4th night but they never bothered fixing this. Reported this in person and via Whatsapp. I reserved thru Booking but they pressured me to head to the check-in as early as possible or they will be giving my slot away to a walk-in customer.

  : They held us to our check in time too harshly by calling and texting - they dont have a dedicated staff member available at the property to assist you- so its you have to make an appointment to check in. We took the wrong bus - and we held to a 5 pm check in- but they called and texted about our arrival for the staff member to leave the property, as again there is no dedicated member to receive you. There were also a lot of mosquitoes in the room- so many that I can wake up in the night and see them on the pillows and on the cushion headboard. The bed itself was broken- the frame was not attached and could not be held in place. If you move the frame would fall apart. It constantly rocked during the night knocking on the wall if someone rolled in the bed. Really overpriced for the experience. The room had no welcoming feel- no water, so mini-fridge to store drinks, no cups, no napkins, no coffee, nothing- nothing to make it feel like home. Again, greatly overpriced.

  : spacious room, nice furniture, amazing interior, location is great (metro is 2min away by foot and the main station Termini is just 2 stations away and Colosseum is 4), they cleaned our room one time (it wasnt their job because it isnt hotel but appreciate it), quiet street, just noises from other rooms not from the street..p.s. there IS warm water you just need to wait for it to start..also water machine outside the room is really nice thing in this property
  : noises from other rooms during night and morning..also wifi wasnt working the first day and we tried contacting the property a few times but we didnt get the answer..but at the evening the other day we found the lady on the reception so she restarted wifi and it started working so not a big deal..definitely a little higher price..
