  : We had made a reservation for the dinner of the 31st. We had been waiting 45 minutes and decided to go away because we relized the service was so slow we would have spent all the night there. Very bad organized. The room did not even seem to be full but the food was not coming for anybody. Sorry but this might not really happen in this kind of restaurants. The waiter seemed to be also happy when we left as they really had many troubles.

  : Property is in a decent area and the facilities arent terrible, but far from expected at a 5-star.
  : The rooms were okay, but the windows arent nearly as clear as you want, and dont have good views. They have heaters to melt the ice, but they dont work very well, and its foggy/icey.Additionally, the breakfast was TERRIBLE. Like, worse than a motel terrible. And the coffee machine was out of beans at a 5-star hotel?? Lol this place is a joke. The staff was also very unhelpful and said they couldnt do anything about the coffee as they filled their own plates and left. Ive never seen anything like this at a nice hotel. Honestly overall really disappointed by this place as the other reviews seemed so good.

  : it is located at the top of a hill, just right next to the skii resort. Viewing aurora borealis from the room is superb.

  : Located on top of a mountain at the start of the longest toboggan run in Finland. Friendly staff and a very nice restaurant. The outdoor winter activities at the hotels wilderness centre are well worth considering.

  : We stayed in the 2-floor viewing suite with private sauna and the sauna was amazing, it was the perfect way to end the day after being out in the freezing cold. The variety at breakfast was good. We did the husky sledding safari which was fantastic, a once in a lifetime excursion. The excursion concierge Martin had good customer service and gave an honest review of all the activities you can book. The front desk staff were usually friendly.
  : The viewing suites overlook a ski resort town which creates a lot of light pollution and makes it harder to see any aurora so you probably wont see them from these rooms. The layout of the 2-floor viewing suite is quite awkward so if you want a room with private sauna Id recommend requesting the single floor sauna suite. The 2-floor sauna suite is at the end of the block where the snow plough piles up all the snow in front of the window so it hindered our view from the sauna. Also people kept walking past while we were in the sauna and they could see inside which felt like a privacy violation. There was a miscommunication and the driver who was meant to pick us up and take us to the husky sledding left without us which made us feel somewhat undervalued as guests. Only breakfast was included, dinner was an expensive additional fee and was served warm/cold (meant to be hot) and the quality was disappointing. Some staff need to work on their customer service (especially wait staff seemed somewhat standoff ish). We rented a toboggan but no one warned us how dangerous the slope was and by the time we got to the bottom the ski lifts had been shut off and it was a nightmare to get a bus and taxi back to the resort.

  : It is totally set up as its own little resort
  : You dont realize unless you go to town (which is a 20 cab ride) they are the only food option for dinner. Which is fine but you dont always need fine dining every night
