  : The handle to the toilet was broke You couldn't hardly flush the toilet there was a tin box under the bed and the neighbors kept slamming the doors

  : The staff was nice, they were very helpful.
  : 11:00 AM sharp they were knocking aggressively on my door for checkout.Its closer to the airport but u still need a shuttle or uber/lyft.

  : The hotel and it's location was great! It was very clean. Overnight parking was reasonable as well.
  : The staff were not that friendly or kind. I signed up for a shuttle to the airport. The next morning, I was not listed for the pick-up. I was listed for a shuttle 2 hours earlier. I mentioned I signed up for 6:15. The lady checked the original document and said it was definitely a 4. I asked to see it, and she said clearly it's a 4, and honestly, it was just in the eye of the beholder, and you will have to get your own shuttle. If there is any question as to what time is written down....more questions should be asked instead of "assuming"My shuttle came right on time after I called them. Apparently, it isn't the first time there has been an issue either.

  : Location was absolutely ideal in proximity to the airport. There was also a shuttle and shuttle schedule that got me to my flight on time. Traveling alone it was helpful to not have to worry about my transportation.
  : Umm, hotel quality was less than average but not terrible. Seemed a bit of a sketchy area and my room was very far from the front of the hotel (it was almost the length of to motels put together, very odd), which made me stay in my room until it was time to leave.
