The Last Hotel

  : All of the things we were told the hotel had to offer.
  : All of the things we were told the hotel had to offer then it turned out none of them were available or true. There was no bar, no restaurant, no store onsite, the room had bug shells in-between the mattress covers, pieces of the moldy ceiling were falling down, the deposit was held for days after check out when told at check in and out time it would be refunded immediately back to the holding credit card. The pool hours were changed. Told 11:00 then 9:00. It was just one disappointment after another. Beyond unacceptable. Definitely need to be compensated in some way for all of the discrepancies.

  : Very pretty design hotel
  : Almost no personal, incompetent personal, closed restaurant, closed swimming pool bar. We had to change twice room, the first time to get enough beds for the 3 of us, the second time to get a clean room. At the end there were still no bed sheet for the sleeping sofa and no soap. The all floor was stinking with cheap food. The elevator was polluted with drug smell every day. On the first day we could access for 30 mn only the pool since the pool was closing at 9 pm and we kept on going up and down the elevator to try to get the room we had booked. The second day because of the rain in the morning they kept all day the pool closed despite a dry and sunny afternoon / evening. On the third day with still a perfect weather the pool was closed so we gad to go to the reception and asked to open it which they finally did but after 5 mn of peace an employee started to use some very loud tools. Completely unacceptable
