  : Nothing, this is the worst, at least 4 stars, hotel, that I've ever stayed
  : I wouldn't have any expectations of the property given the price, but they position themselves as 4 stars and they do not meet any criteria of a 4 star hotel in terms of facilities nor service standards. I booked 2 weeks but was froced to check out after 2 horrible nights when I couldn't sleep, eat or work there!At the check-in the room wasn't clean enough - the window was dirty, the bathroom smelled like cigarettes and had a filthy fan and some hair, the chair in the room was stained. The room hasn't been cleaned in 2 days during my stay, they only took out the trash once, not even made the bed and left the blanket that has fallen from the bed lying on the floor!There is no thermostat or an air conditioner, only a heater that you cannot regulate, and even when I turned it off the room was too hot. When you open the window it was too noisy as it facing the motorway.The description said they had soundproof rooms: I could hear my neighbours watching tv and using a toilet! And my neighbours came back to their room at 4 am shouting, and then had a party there, waking me up. Then as a window didn't have blinds on it I was woken up daily by sun at 6-7 am.The breakfast was the worst I have ever had in a hotel. In my opinion, it's better not to provide it all then serve it like this: they have 8 tables for like 100 rooms, they are busy, and no one cleans the tables, nor they were bringing more food or glasses. So for 2 days I was going to the cafe only to find empty hot food dishes, scraps of apples, cucumbers and biscuits. Instant coffee and no clean cups! No covid protocols were followed.The locations isn't great either, on the map it looks close to the center, but in the reality, it's not even close to the metro station, it's a 15-20 walk along the moroway!
