  : The location is good. The museum of Akhmatova is couple of minutes away. Though next time I would choose something closer to the metro station, We traveled a lot to the suburbs.
  : This place has incredibly thin walls. I could wake up at night thinking someone is using my bathroom, thought it was behind the wall. It partially ruined the visit. We didn’t sleep well. Also, staff is questionable. Some ladies were ok, but one younger one seems to be taken men to her room. At 3.30 am we were woken up by someone ringing/knocking hard at the door. Someone opened the door to him and left it wide open. I would also note that the stuff is impossible to reach at night so when something like that happened, you are on your own. The location is really good, but I would not recommend staying here, I wasn’t feeling safe. Still don’t know who was that at night.

  : The receptionist doesn't speaks English but she tried to help me anyway bu making use of Google Translator. She also helped me in purchasing and setting up a SIM card for my mobile phone (which I totally recommend you to do). It's a fair review and a fair price for the hotel. The room was clean and organized. A good choice.
  : The rooms should be more sound isolated as you can hear external noise from the other rooms and corridors. The breakfast was very simple (prepared by the receptionist, not a self-service as usual). They should also have a saloon or similar to serve the breakfast, I had to take a tray and take my breakfast in my room (to be frank I didn't check if this was listed in the booking rules). This was a little bit uncomfortable.

  : Very helpful receptionists eventhough they don't speak English! Helped me with my taxi bookings and prepared really tasty breakfast everyday.
  : The room could have some hooks near the door for the heavy winter jackets.

  : Location was great to go to the main sites on foot or by public transport.Staff were friendly.Room was very clean.Very good shower.
  : Communication was difficult because staff's level of English is low (but this seems to be the norm in St. Petersburg).WiFi signal in our room was very bad.Bed mattress was too soft.Breakfast was a bit bland.

  : No choices for breakfast but it was decent, although quite simple, and different every day. The room was very clean, including bed and towels. The location is excellent, close to the centre and with many places to eat around it.
  : When we arrived we were told we had been rebooked to another hotel because there was no place there. After complaining and saying it was not normal there suddenly was a room available and we could stay for the three days we had booked in the first place. Weird...The bed lining did not fit the bed and it was moving all the time, which was very uncomfortable. We asked to get it changed the first day and did not happen until the last night, after we said it again.

  : - 3 different receptionits on 5 day stay, all 3 with 0 knowledge of English, pay no attention to your existance- first 3 days we had free coffe all day (as it says in description), 4th day new receptionist came and charged us 50rub per coffee- odd smell from bathroom, using way too much of AirWick to hide it- breakfast was horible and really small portions- bad and pillows way too soft and unconformtable

  : Good location, given its price. The city centre is walkable, and there is a bus station in 7-8 mins walk. Moscow station is also close in which a GETT won’t cost you more than RUB200 (depends on the demand on the moment of calling the taxi).The breakfast is wonderful, and it’s different day by day.In overall, I think it worths more than its cost.
  : The host cannot speak English, but this won’t be a big problem with an online translator, unless you expect a lot of conversation with the host.
