: Nice and polite staff that helped with the requests and problems I had, but which shouldn't have occurred in the first place. Unique location: the best hotel view you can get for the Saint Isaac's Cathedral from Suite with the terrace; walk access to other tourist locations.
: 1. Though staff members were nice and polite, the management is poor. It's non-smoking hotel, however, the first room I was offered turned out to be full of smoke smell, which wouldn't be offered in the first place and I wouldn't need to change it, if management would be done right; 2. Old and outdated electronic equipment, both in rooms and in the business center. Feels like it wasn't updated for over a decade. TV in the room was low resolution (720p), no things like YouTube, chromecast, AirPlay. You may request an Apple TV to be able to play something from an iPhone, but number of them is limited, and they're not available by default; 3. Poor in-room dining quality: cheap tea bags, poor quality coffee and average food which don't match the expensive price and were a bad surprise, since proper restaurants don't work after 23:00 because of COVID; 4. Though the lobby interior looks nice, suite themselves are pretty much basic with the outdated equipment mentioned earlier; 5. Internet speed by default is unusable, which basically means there's no internet, unless you pay extra money for the "boost"; TLDR: you pay 560 EUR per night just for the personal terrace with the Cathedral view and "Four Seasons" in the hotel's name. The hotel services themselves were below average for its segment and didn't match the price and the uniqueness of hotel's location.

: The location, the interior design and facilities. Nice breakfast. Wonderful location. Good size rooms. Great bathroom.
: 1) Temperature and quality of air in the room and throughout the hotel were very uncomfortable due to constant airconditioning everywhere.2) The mattress was too hard and this made sleeping uncomfortable.
