  : They have several rooms with a common lobby. I stayed at a tiny but clean and modern room. The interior was minimalistic but the furniture and the appliances were in perfect state. The bathroom was exceptional. There was a washing machine in the lobby, and the host provided complementary tea and biscuits. The host met me at agreed time. The apartment is located at a quiet place not far from Nevsky avenue. The apartment is well-maintained.
  : I wished there was at least one chair in the room. There where stools only. Some guests talked on their phones in the lobby late in the night, and quite loudly. I wished the host persuaded the guests to keep silence in the lobby.
