  : Perfect location, Clean room
  : First, it’s very difficult to find hotel entrance and it really doesn’t look like hotel entrance!! Contact the property and let them explain exactly how to access to the hotel. Second, bed is not comfortable, spring and soft, which caused the backache.

  : Well located: close to the city center (places to visit, museums, etc) and easy acces from the airport (by metro and bus).
  : The entrance of "Novaya Istoria" is definitely something I've never expected - an old heavy metalic door, without any hotel name on it (not even on the interfon) and after passing this unwelcoming door (with the code provided by the reception), a dark and dusty hal and old stairs are waiting for you! Also a "minus" is the fact that you need to go out to have your breakfast (after 8:30, using a value-card); is not so far indeed, but totally unexpected!The "Novaya Istoria" could be seen as a "vintage" building, with a first flor large apartment organized/modernized to now host tourists. It is not properly a hotel, it's a guesthouse (as actually is noted in their business-card)! Nothing wrong with this, but the right information should be given before booking - this is actually a "minus" for booking.com. (We've gladly used its service for many years already, but now... :( )
