  : I liked the buffet, the breakfast was the best. I liked the beds, they were fluffy and comfortable. The hotel location is great, close to a metro and bus stations. Plus, there is a gym near by (25 min walk) called Ds Volna. The check in took me only 5 min and the check out took me 2 min. They gave me post cards as a gift for filling out a review about their service. The view is great from the 7 floor. The hotel has 10 floors. There are 2 supermarkets nearby. Magnet and Peterochka. Many cafes and restaurants nearby. The hotel is located in a quiet area, so you can have a goodnight sleep. There's a cooler on each floor.
  : I didn't like the fact that this hotel doesn't have a gym. Plus, they didn't provide me with culinary as they had promised. There aren't slippers in standard rooms. The timing of the cleaning wasn't convenient. Moreover, I booked this hotel for the buffet since I am a foodie. But when I arrived, they told that it is closed for 5 days due to COVID19. The food was served in my room (only 4 dishes of your choice). But then, they opened it after 5 days and it was amazing. The buffet is very delicious and a variety of different dishes. They don't take your luggage up to your room.

  : Although distant from the city center, location is good. Victory park is next to the hotel, lots of restaurants, metro station is near and time to airport is 10-15 minutes.
  : Elevators are very slow (one was under reparation). Although I booked business room, it's size was super small and the view was on the back side of the hotel. There was some weird noise in the pipes. And Internet connection was blocking VPN, so I couldn't work normally. I needed to change my reservations, but at 9pm didn't get answer on the phone for 30 minutes of trying.

  : nice location. big hotel. tasty breakfast. Quiet environment, which is very good and sometimes very important. Internet coverage doesnt reach 100% in all rooms, but is reasonable good.
  : shower drain was blocked and water didnt leave the shower for an hour. I left the request at the reception, but I thinks this needs to be supervised without guests involvement.Lifts are very small and sometimes you have to wait very long or take the stairs. I began to request lower floors rooms to avoid running up and down to 6+ floors.
