  : The place is in excellent location, very close to railway station and metro. The room was not big but very comfortable, equipped with everything what can be necessary, very convenient to have a fully equipped kitchen. Wifi worked very well
  : For noise-sensitive people it can be annoying to hear all outside sounds. It can be also not easy to find the place

  : The interior was good and the room was same photos
  : The room had a lot of wires around which were seen, that the renovation of the house wasn’t done The door lock wasn’t that good A little mess in the corridor and the host wasn’t that flexible when I called and asked to move my room to an upper floor. I didn’t notice I choose the first floor as he says but it was very uncomfortable for me and on the call they were rude to me . The main number of the service not the Africa one . So it’s a so/so staying but I recommend it after they finish the renovation

  : Close by to cafes, shopping centre, main street etc. Also nice and quiet.
  : Breakfast wasnt good.. unfortunately we throw most of it away. There was many coffee shops in the neighbourhood, so I would suggest to just go out for nice breakfast as it is cheap anyways :) also there was no tea/coffee in the room...that would be nice as there is a kettle.

  : The property is new, well located and clean. All the facilities are provided. The apartment was stylish. You can check into the apartment in late time without staff - it’s convenient.
  : Once it was noisy at night because there was a truck which was gathering litter and trash - it woke us up early morning. We closed the windows, it reduced the noise. The staff gave me 1 example of the rental agreement, which was made for two months of rent instead of 2 days. The wanted me to sign it and put in there my personal information, but I think it was a mistake.

  : Near the station when arriving from Moscow
  : No welcome in person on arrival and then woke up at 7:30 am the next morning by a woman who insisted on knocking at the door, yelling at us in Russian to ask us for payment of the room (considering that we had already paid a deposit before our arrival and that we had not obtained any information on the payment conditions).No effort from this rude woman to speak a word of English, which is a pity for a city like St Petersburg that welcomes many tourists!This very unpleasant woman tried to enter the room several times in the following days while we were present, without any real explanation (no cleaning service was provided during our 3-night stay).The apartment is in worse condition than in the pictures, several pieces of furniture are broken or dislocated and the cleanliness is to be improved. The apartment is in a building under major refurbishment, which generates a lot of dust and dirt in the hall, and noise of the workers from 8am onwards.Hospitality is not just about providing a room or an apartment. The way guests are treated and welcomed is very important and this owner has not understood it at all!The worst experience I've had so far! I absolutely do not recommend this apartment.
