  : Ice machine sucks !Key wouldn’t work ! Quick fix at Desk Breakfast was atrocious !!! They need to either step it up in what they’re doing for breakfast or they need to cancel it all together. It was pathetic to say the least. ! Orange juice was good !

  : The view and the price
  : Wyndham Hotels are going to ruin there name having such horrible hotels under their name..walked into lobby..no AC in the building ..clerk sitting in the office in front of big dirty fan..checked us in because she had to..fancy lazy lady ..couldn't hear what she was saying ..gave us 2 sets of keys.so we picked the one we wanted ..felt like running..out door elevator was FILTHY..garbage cans by the doors on every floor stuffed 4' high..old food clothing ect.The walk ways to the rooms were filthy so was the windows to the room..our room had an imprint of a face on the outside..I washed it off..View of the mountains were beautiful..but you had to go.out to see them ..windows were filthy.The room was 90° when we went in ..AC was off..took out filters and took them out to knock the dust and skin cells off of them..fridge was off ..had to get it going ..the beds did not have fitted sheets ..just 2 flat sheets on mattress pad..never saw that before..the side of the tub was covered with cigarette burns..found a dead flea on the quilt..Very unsettling surroundings..a 5" Dobsomfly on the pavement next to our room..alive and well ..if it bit you it would feel like a bee sting..Breakfast was an adventure..I knew it was going to be bad just with seeing the rest of the place ..Dining Room was once beautiful..it reminds me of the Shining..hot no AC ..one piece of crust in a bag of bread at 9am..no sign of any kind of cereal nor the option of any ..biscuits..but I thought about that desk guy slouched behind the desk making them was enough..I didn't want juice seeing the uncleaned building ..I'm sure they don't clean the machines ..I saw a larva of a Dobsomfly slide into hole on my way back to my room ..they are brown and look like a small snake..any grassy areas was filled with trash..going to the pool..it was ok..I didn't check PH balance ..I'm sure that don't get done either ..no steps into the pool ..just a ladder ..

  : The pool was very clean and taken care of of. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean, very comfortable beds.
  : Furniture needs updating, the room that we were in #222 needs the door fixed bc it was very hard to get into. The stairs need to be redone.

  : The front view was beautiful, I just wish I had been on the front side!
  : When I went to check in the girl at the front desk was on the phone and didn’t even acknowledge me. I did not know that it was another customer that had questions until I heard her say that you will have to call booking.com about that which was about 4 to 5 minutes after I had went in.

  : It was there. The bed was comfortable. I liked the orange accent wall.
  : Toilet broken (continued to run), TV did not work and was told by the check in desk that it was down company wide (as the TV in the lobby was working fine), bare wires in bathroom ceiling, guests had access to the electricity panel, stairs cracked and bulging, fitness center had construction equipment inside, continental breakfast was minimal, room had oder.
