  : Lovely room that could use more hanging space. Easy parking, Portside restaurant above is a decent place to eat. Coffee and tea refills would have been appreciated. Location fine, just didn't fancy walking across the bridge! Newburyport is lovely. Highly recommend.

  : The room was newly remodeled, looked nice, and the bed was quite comfortable. There was a bike rail / trail just across the street which ran about 4 miles up to the NH border.
  : The room was quite small and there was only one chair for 2 people. Someone had to sit on the bed. Also there was no microwave which was very inconvenient. All modern lodging includes a microwave and a frig. Big negative for this place. Also I booked through Booking.com, and got charged $100 more for 3 nights than if I had booked directly on their site. When I contacted Booking.com they gave me a big hassle about not being able to verify the price difference, so I'm turned off by Booking.com. I've used them quite often in the past, (Genius level 3) but no more since I can't trust that I'm getting the best price.

  : Being accused of breaking the tv in the room… it was broken when we arrived and could only watch half the screen . We best not be charged for this.
