  : Lunch and dinner were tasty and varied. The staff was polite and friendly. The cost was relatively affordable comparing to the other hotels in peak season but given the drawbacks it must be much cheaper.
  : Very noisy area with a disco club nearby, impossible to sleep with open balcony until 3AM. Huge number of smoking people everywhere including balconies and pool area. Pool is small, dirty and crowdy. Not enough umbrellas for everyone. Streets nearby are dirty and stinky. Tiny, narrow, boring rooms without any decor. Poor cleaning - a lot of dust and other's hair on surfaces on check-in, bed sheets were dirty with stains. After 4 days of stay the hotel stopped providing a soap (!). There were even no glasses for toothbrush - only single-use cups were provided a couple of times. Breakfast is the same each day and very poor. No porridge and fresh vegetables. Just eggs, cheese and bacon\ham\sausages. Even scrambled eggs is an occasional thing. All water in restaurant is paid (2.5 euro/L) as well as other drinks on lunch and dinner. There's no clean normal water on breakfast at all. The still water from vending machine is of horrible taste - I wouldn't drink it. No juice for children - just vending machine with powder drinks. Coffee is awful in both bar and restaurant. The dishes, cutlery and glasses are dirty. See attached photo for an example of a glass.

  : The pool is nice, good game options such as crazy golf, ping pong , pool etc. The breakfast options are good. The location in terms of Salou is handy, easy 10 min walk to the center beach and main shops etc. Lots of facilities surrounding the hotel.
  : The rooms were quite bland, small beds. We stayed in a single room, 3 single beds but at one stage the bed sheets that were newly put on had stains on them, straight from the laundry.There was one single plug available in the bedroom, we had to leverage bathroom plugs for 3 people to charge a phone.

  : The food was delicious, the hotel is correct. (We only stayed for one night.)
  : The parking was difficult (no places), and - for us!! - the location was not good. The hotel is in the "city center", where there is always bustle (loud music, a lot of markets, everything is lighting and musicing..) Of course it could be perfect, who likes the bustle :)

  : every single morning I was woken up to early by maids shouting, talking , dragging chairs around the balcony making loud screeching noises it was very upsetting its like nobody cares anyones in bed.
