  : Clean, nice rooftop terrace and good rooms.
  : Staff. We were woken up by banging on the door at 8am, to find out it was a man next door who mistaken us for another room playing music, he didnt calm down. When we calmed and went back to sleep, we were awaken by our hotel room phone ringing. A voice was breathing heavily down the phone & it was really weird but it happened again as we were getting ready about 10am. We told the staff, almost positive it was the man who knocked on our door but the staff at reception said unless we know it the room number nothing they can do & I need to go up and check who it was who called, no way I couldve done it on the old phone too. Our last day I woke up at 7am to ask for a late check out, I was laughed at and told no, no problems though, 11 am checkout. I put our do not disturb sign on the door anyway when I got upstairs I went can have a little sleep again before checking out, 10:30 we were awoken by the maid walking in the room, not once did she knock, I told her to get out as I was barely dressed. She carried on speaking in Spanish, at this point I am shouting get out but she stayed for atleast 20 seconds before closing the door. We then checked out and had 2 hours before we had to leave for our flight, at this point it was really busy downstairs, we put our bags away and sat in the reception area amongst atleast 30/40 others coming and going etc. others were asleep here but nothing was said, when they went I nodded off asleep(not even lying down or anything, just sat up) & was woke up by my girlfriend saying lets go, so I said what is wrong? A man on reception was shouting at her saying its not normal to sleep here and we need to leave, I retrieved my cases, asked where I can complain and told them I wasnt happy with it, was ignored by the staff.
