  : Property is in a great location close to dining, shopping and Fiesta Texas! Area is cute and has multiple pools, a decent gym and walking path. Sponge and dish soap was provided with some dishwasher soap as well. Full size washer and dryer were also great. WiFi is fast and was easy to connect.
  : Very limited basics the only paper product supplied is toilet paper - don’t expect there to be Kleenex or paper towels. Exactly enough dishes for 4 people despite the fact that this property says 5 guests. Beds are absolutely awful super cheap 4 inch mattresses with no box springs covered with the thinnest sheets you’ve ever seen and the limited bed pillows are cheap, flat and disgusting with yellow stains when taken out of the cases. 2 hand towels provided for 4 guests and the rest of the towels are very thin and many were old and yellow. The property did not feel very clean carpet was dirty and stained throughout and the floors did not appear to have been very well cleaned either. 3 plug-ins were plugged in making the perfume smell very overwhelming. Most of the ceiling lights were burned out as well. Parking is terrible only 8 spots near the front entrance and very rarely is one available. Otherwise it’s a hike through the weeds or up tons of stairs from the other parking lot options for building 6.

  : Very limited kitchen supplies to cook withNot enough towels even for the number of guest we had (5). But when we called, even though hesitant, they did bring them!Shower curtain in one bath absorbed the water. Same bathroom door was very hard to open and close. Close Parking is very limited.

  : Nice fairly new and clean property. Nice set up with full kitchen and washer/dryer and two separate bedrooms and bathrooms.
  : Parking was NOT close by. (about a block away) Pool was locked up tight! ( we chose this property with a pool since we had a child with us/ we were extremely disappointed pool was closed!)

  : Cleaner than the majority of hotels I've ever stayed in. Gym was also a definite plus. Very close to stores and shopping centers. Simple check in and out of apartment. Customer support was great if I had any minor issues (user errors, not with property). My first option to stay if in the area again!!!!
  : Towels were very old, thin. Didn't match the level or quality of the apartment. Also there was only one tv in the entire apartment, in the living room.... very strange for today's standards. Parking was also ridiculously far from the apartment.

  : Only 4 towels for 5 people, very uncomfortable beds. Says it has a sleeper sofa which is a joke. It is worse than sleeping on the floor. Several dishes were dirty. Water damage on the ceiling. Multiple lights were out in most of the unit. Had to bring bedroom lamp into dinning room just to see to eat. Dishes are extremely limited and older (handles were falling off pots and pans). Some units have things like a Toaster and some have nothing. Oven in one unit smelled horrible like something was burning when we tried using it. Shower water pressure was horrible in one of the units we stayed in. We have stayed here 2 different times because of the location. The first time we called and let them know of some issues. The second time we stayed in a different unit and immediately called after arriving to be placed in another unit due to lights being out throughout the unit. We were sent to another unit to find that this unit also had several lights out. All units need a lot of work. We continue to book hoping to find a better unit because we like the location. However this is ridiculous. It's like they don't maintain the units and leave only the bare minimum of supplies. Like towels for instance. We had to buy towels and rags. We like the space but I'm not sure it's worth staying here anymore. The LA Cantera resort down the road is very nice and has everything you need. It's just nice to have the extra space and privacy that the apartments offer.
