  : The front desk people were nice. Other than that, pretty much nothing.
  : The beds were soft and uncomfortable. The living room furniture was terrible - extremely uncomfortable. MANY of the TV stations did not work or were unavailable, although MSNBC was available. For those who like to spend time on FOX news stations or sports stations, it must be a dream system. For the rest of us, forget much entertainment on the antiquated television system. I discovered at checkout that there is a $10 per night for parking. There is no valet parking or parking garage. Just a $10 nightly fee for self-parking in an unassigned outdoor slot by the building. This irritated me greatly. Even though I have stayed in this location many times (before Covid set in), I will not be staying here again unless there is a total update of the place. It is way past the time for renovation.

  : the breakfast was great and the location of the hotel downtown was excellent. I especially like your hotel because it is pet-friendly. That is a big, big plus.
  : The internet service was spotty. It kept routing us to sign-in versus being free without pouching for information. After assistence from hotel staff, we were able to gain internet access without all the unnecessary info.
