  : The area was great, it was clean.
  : Front desk. Did not even bother to get her name. We booked through here on Booking never have had a problem checking in. According to her the it hadn’t gone through even though it said booking confirmed and had a pin. She said we needed a a reservation number that started with a 86…. I’ve never been asked for that and never received one even after we left. We were waiting there for a good while and then we decided to call customer service. I was on hold for almost 15 min. Finally when customer service answered the front desk lady looked at me and waived me down saying it went through to just hang up. I would have believed her but since we stepped in the lobby she had a face that just looked like she was annoyed by us. I played it off. We just need to get a room we had driven a while and were running late now because of her. Before we booked my cousin went in and asked for rates. I told my cousin we could save a good $15 if we book through booking. There’s never any problems so I don’t know if that was triggered her to just be so rude. She thought she was being discreet with her annoyed faces and rolling of eyes. I hate to say it but she seemed borderline racist. I kept my composure and even tried joking with her. But she totally left a bad taste to our night there.

  : The room was clean but it was so hot when we arrived it was very hard to get comfortable. It took a while for the ac to cool the room.

  : I loved the complimentary breakfast they offer and how the hotel wasn’t too far away from the downtown area.
  : The one thing i did not like was the bed it wasn’t the most comfortable but will get you through the night.
