  : The location was good . Our room was very clean and our beds were comfortable . The breakfast was good and everything was clean and stocked in there also. One of the cleanest hotels we’ve been in. We ate at Casa De Pico and it was a really a good experience. Good food and a neat atmosphere.

  : All the staff we interacted with were AMAZING. The lady who checked us in let us have a room that was ready instead of making us wait until the official check in time. We had flown in on a red eye and were TIRED! Most places now will try to charge you for getting the room early. This kindness was the perfect start to our time in San Diego.
  : We were woken up at about 2 in the morning by someone banging on our door. Very frightening. I called the front desk, and they checked the cameras and said it was a guest who had just come back and forgot their key, and they were a bit intoxicated. So with that, we felt much better about being safe. Unfortunately the next day around 2, there were police cars in the parking lot trying to arrest the guest. It took them well over an hour, with her yelling nonsense, which makes me believe she was on drugs. Although this happened, and I would normally hit the road and get out immediately, because of the way the staff handled everything, we felt safe enough to finish our stay at the hotel.

  : The breakfast was minimal and not exceptional. Not many options. Bland style of food. Not enough fresh fruit. The options were not awful, just pretty basic.

  : The whole place was clean, inside and out. The flowers were beautiful, the pool was clean. Comfortable place.
  : The breakfast could have been better. Maybe some Eggs and meat, more variety of cereals and milks. Yogurts and other healthy options.
