  : The pool was heated or at least felt that way. Very family friendly, they offer activities to borrow at the check in. They provided color pencils/coloring book for our son while we waited to check in. They had hot buffet style breakfast for Mother?s Day!

  : Hate when the rooms aren’t cleaned daily..and you had to “beg” for towels. We accidentally spilled a sticky drink in the kitchenette floor and no one would mop it up until our stay was over.. hated bathrooms not being cleaned daily. When I’m on vacation, I don’t want to CLEAN! Full size refrigerator was great, though.

  : No one was able to work. No soap in bathroom, no sheets on bed, cups in kitchen were dirty and stained, only one staff member working so it was impossible to request any sheets, and towels.

  : It was close to everything, Costco, gas station, Starbucks. Never to the freeway and only 3 levels .
  : We didn’t have enough clean towels. But the staff were really nice and helped us out as much as they could.

  : The amenities (e.g. pool, lobby) and breakfast were great for our stay! The addition of the kitchen in the suite was really nice. Staff were friendly and helpful when we brought up any issues. They were very accommodating for our large family group.
  : The room itself was clean, but felt like it needed some love and updating. The bathroom felt very old (toilet seat was peeling, stains on tub from age, shower faucet was finicky). Our bathroom sink was clogged (needed plumber to come - was resolved within the day). Sofa bed was not very comfortable and sofa upholstery had numerous holes. When converting the sofa bed we saw trash behind/under the sofa. Upon entering the room, we were met with a very strong cleaner smell, but very musty because of the lack of ventilation and heat from weather. Needed to open windows and vacate for a few hours before spending time in the room. Overall it didn't feel like the room met the standards for the price we paid.
