  : The location was nice. A few miles from SeaWorld and a few miles from the zoo which is what we came for. We traveled for a 1st birthday with family and wanted a place we could all stay together and celebrate my son. The idea of renting an apartment appealed to us because of the want to stay with family and not be separated at a hotel, but the apartment was below par. I ran out of room on the didn’t like section so I’ll continue here…The check in depicted on the phone states you just pick up your key fob and garage door opener from the guard at the front. Once we got to the guard, she was very rude and made us go park and come stand outside the guard station until another guard could come because she was too busy watching traffic coming in to do the check in, stating it’s a whole process that wanderjaunt doesn’t depict, and they don’t. We stood outside about 20-25 minutes waiting for another guard to come, once she got there and took many photos of drivers license, license plate, parking passes, and key fobs, we were finally able to go find the apartment. The 2nd guard was very nice and quick about the check in. We tried to follow wanderjaunt checkin process photos of how to get to your assigned parking spots and they were incorrect, we had to go ask the nice guard how to get to where we needed to be.
  : Security staff was rude at check in. Stating they wanted to write up wanderjaunt for the poor communication to their customers. And the communication is poor between you and wanderjaunt. Customer service is a joke as well. I sent an email to them shortly after checking in about how the floors were dirty and red hair was all over the carpet and that a simple vacuuming could have changed it. Then I was told they would “investigate it” and to send them any other issues. After we got home from the trip (only 2 days) I sat down and emailed them photos of the FILTHY ceiling fans, DIRTY baseboards, Food stuck to the carpet along with many lint balls, BROKEN electrical outlet, BROKEN door stops, MOLD in bathroom, and below par customer service from the security guards multiple times. I was told “there’s nothing they can do now” because we already checked out. When I asked for a partial refund, they stated I should have sent pictures the day we check in so they could send someone back out to clean. No partial refund was offered, AND I EMAILED THEM THE DAY WE CHECKED IN ABOUT THE FLOORS AND ALL I GOT THEN WAS “we will investigate”. There were many issues with the apartments cleanliness and upkeep, and customer service is worthless and will just blame you for not letting them know sooner. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for those reasons. My vacation wasn’t to spend my time emailing wanderjaunt every time a new issue shows itself, I just took photos as they did so I could email all at once , especially after the initial email and nothing was fixed then. Your customer service represents your company, and I’d be hiring new representatives. I don’t expect perfect cleaning, but I expect clean enough for my son to crawl around and this place didn’t have it. Stay at your own risk, and make sure you thoroughly look through the apartment and send them photos at time of check in or else you will get nothing from customer service besides a “there’s not a whole lot we can do”.

  : The overall room is nice and the location is safe and pretty. The kitchen is out of our expectation with all the useful kitchenwares.
  : We found blood on the bed and a piece of napkin with blood in the washing machine.

  : The apartment was of great size for my family, location was also great.. I will be returning to this location soon...Thanks for a wonderful stay...
  : The sofa bed, still had old lines on it, also the floor was not clean as it should have been... looked like the apartment was cleaned in a hurry, however both were an easy fix.
