  : Location was excellent for our trip. Nothing else was to our liking.
  : Value was terrible. I decided to pay more($144/night), relative to the local competition, because I wanted a better experience for our New Year holiday stay. However, I did not experience any features that warranted the increased price. In fact, I was disappointed because of the following: 1- No hot water!!! 2- Free parking was advertised, but there were only 4 parking spaces for the complex. 3- Quality of bedding and towels was poor, and they were very old. Checkout time was 11am, and the maid just walked right in at 10am without knocking first. RUDE!!!Wouldn't stay here again unless the price is half of what we paid.

  : The manager was very kind and very helpful to find good places to eat. Also, after my stay, I requested a copy from my driver license because I lost it, and he sent me right away.
  : I guess they could improve making a deep cleaning

  : The check in went well,Hash was really personable, but the room was not up to standard. My girlfriend found alot of mold all around the room. The main reason I booked this room was its proximity to the Palace if Fine Arts theater.
  : Mold all around the room, a refrigerator that wasn't on, leaked. They did have a functioning refrigerator also in the room. The door to the bathroom was in an inconvenient spot, you couldn't open the door & use the sink.
