  : The pool was closed & we asked to open it they said no. Then asked to use spa pool & they said extra 40 each. For 3hrs! Not the entire stay. Then taxi drivers that hotel arranged ripped us off. I have emailed hotel privately explaining concern & they ignored me

  : This was a really lovely resort! The outdoor pool was so nice! It's a saltwater pool, and it was heated (I think?). The fountains in the pool were pleasant, and my daughter had fun playing in them. The food was good. Do yourself a favor and try their truffle ravioli--I think we ordered it at least 4 times, ha! Our room had a vintage/antique vibe which was very charming. Our room had a mini fridge which was really great to have, and a safe as well. The views from our room and from the property were BREATHTAKING! The spa area was very nice, too--lot's of different options like steam rooms, saunas, showers, foot baths, indoor/outdoor pool, and jet massage chair things in the pool. I got a massage which was excellent. The resort is remote enough to get away from everything (which is what we wanted) and to experience some amazing agrotourism, but it is also close enough to experience everything else that Tuscany has to offer, since it is only 1 hour away from Florence, Pisa, Sienna, etc. We made lots of day trips; the central location of the resort was perfect for that. There were just a few small problems during our stay, but the staff worked really hard to fix everything. I definitely recommend it!
  : Almost everything was perfect! There were just a few small hiccups, but the staff worked hard to solve everything. The biggest issue for me personally was the air conditioning in our room. We visited this resort in July, which is obviously very hot outside; our room was never cooler than 25 Celsius (77F), even overnight, and the room temperature averaged 26-27 C (80+F). I asked the front desk if anything could be done, but they couldn't. Also, one morning we woke up to water coming from the ceiling; they fixed it almost immediately, and we didn't have a problem with that again. And, we had asked the front desk to organize a taxi to take us to a neighboring farm for a wine tasting; the driver no-call-no-showed. When the front desk realized the driver wasn't coming, they asked one of their employees to take us in his personal vehicle, which was incredibly nice and accommodating of them all (thank you, Remo, for helping us!); the original driver did show up to take us back to the resort after our wine tasting, but he was late. Since this driver no-call-no-showed the first time and was late the second time, we decided to cancel him for our second outing. I guess my advice to the hotel would be to seek out more reliable drivers, BUT I will say that the front desk told me I should have informed them we needed transportation well in advance of our stay--so, maybe all their good/reliable drivers were already busy by the time we asked. And, the service in the bar/bistro/pool area was really slow, probably because they only ever had one person on staff serving everyone in those areas. I would suggest having a few more people to serve these areas, since our server Yuri worked hard (thank you, Yuri!) but was just alone most of the time.

  : The service was very poor. We had to wait 1 hour and a half to get our dinner served. The waiter was very rude The hot water of the shower turned cold. The jacuzzi was dirty. We did not enjoy our stay there
