: It was a nice caribbean modern theme home, with cool sliding doors for each room. The rooms weren’t small so that was a plus and the outside sitting was a nice spot to relax. Beth was really helpful and sweet. Communication was excellent

: It was horrible. I was overcharged. Cleaning fees $180 and a $200 deposit that’s supposed to be returned but never was. The host is a con artist even suggested I call a friend of his to get some crazy stuff. I wouldn’t suggest anyone to ever stay here it’s a total rip off for an extra $380!!!!

: Good location , 15 min walk to the fabulous little beach that is Condado, Walmart supermarket and Walgreens 10 mins walk, Marshalls dept store just around the corner as is a food truck park. Having a kitchen and laundrywas a big plus.
: The area is a bit rough, but no problems, locals all friendly.

: This property looked nice on booking. I’ve been to 30 different countries and use this site all the time to book. I booked the reservation and got a fast response by the owner. On arrival, the whole room was infested by cockroaches: dead and live ones. We sent pictures to the owner and his answer was that it was fumigated, I totally understand that but the apartment needed to be clean After that. There were 11 dead ones and we saw 2 a day in our 4 night stay. It was ridiculous. The laundry washer flooded the whole room as well.

: La casa equipada. Very good equipment
: The location. Dangerous neighborhood. There wasnt parking for us.. We were afraid. It is a tiny apartment. It is not an apartment. There isn't any terrase. Not like picture. There was a big spot in front of the door. It was awful. There weren't real windows. There are window you can see the wall and garbage. Don't recommend it.
