  : The hostel was not very well organized, is also not very helpful. I had to rebook two night and cancel one. The hostel was not very helpful with that. Only one night could be rebooked and the other one was not refunded. Also it was not very clean, there is a very loud street right next to the big room. One night the AC was not working, which made it impossible to sleep.

  : Very good location, close to everything. Very nice and helpful staff and beds are comfortable. It is kept clean since the cleaning staff is literally going through everything every single day. Felt safe and comfortable
  : The entire property gets very hot, especially the bathrooms which have no air conditioning nor circulation of fresh air, it gets extremely hot after less than a minute in the bathroom and you end up sweating just by brushing your teeth.

  : I believe the location of this hostel is the only good thing about it but the whole old San Juan is pretty much walkable anyway .. other than that its below average.
  : The Hostel doesnt have a working microwave, doesnt have a water boiler and you have to boil the water for a cup of tea for example in a pot on an electric camping stove. The reception desk is sharing the same space with the kitchen and they dont have an iron or an ironing table.When it was heavily raining, water was leaking from the ceiling and I found my clothes hanging on the wall completely soaked in water in the morning!They say they clean every day but this is just swiping the floor so I will leave you photos of how the bathrooms looked after three days of not emptying the bins. Toilet paper is not checked regularly as well and they are too lazy to put the paper towel roll within the dispenser.Also its a place to sleep at .. nothing more .. they dont organize social events or group dinners or anything like the other hostels do. The people who work there are nice but they are so chill and too lazy to work.
