  : Nice bedroom and public areas. Small but pleasant outdoor areas. Small raised pool (closed) that had strange access via walkway.
  : Bedroom was cold, no heating available from A/C and no heating in bathroom. This meant that towels and bath robes(used for visits to salt water pool and spa if used did not dry off.We were bed and breakfast board basis. Breakfast was quite poor. Very basic hot food (only warm). Little fresh fruit, poor selection of bread and pastries were not fresh. The restaurant was not open for evening meals and only open on one of our 2 days for lunch. The bar was closed most of the time.Due to bad weather and isolated location, this made alternative arrangements difficult.

  : The beds were nice, breakfast buffet was fine. Free parking in front, no need to reserve a paid parkingspot.
  : The room was dirty. Curtains hanging loose. Electricity sockets loose. No hot water in the evening. Lots of noise at 1.30 am when a truck picks up laundry. Swimming pool closed (26C). They said it was on the website, NOT. We had free spa included, but had to pay 16,00 per person to use a sauna for 45 minutes!! Also not informed on this before. Situated in a deserted area, but that's on us, we could have checked this out before. Spoken to the manager Tamara on regarding dirt, cold water etc. She offered a different room. Why put people who pay in a bad room at the first place?? Looks like they wait and see what to get away with. Definitely NOT a four star hotel, would not recommend this to anybody. Look further, lots of nice places near the beaches.

  : The bedrooms were comfortable, apart from being cold, despite trying to turn off the aircon. The spa was good too. The food, when we managed to find the restaurant was good.
  : No evening meals available Monday or Tuesday. This was NOT clear in the Booking.com webpage. The bar was only briefly open. Six of us had gone to celebrate my birthday. We ended up having my birthday meal in the cafeteria at the local garage. The only thing available in the hotel was a machine that sold snacks. Not good enough. We had been there several times and always been happy previously. Im not sure wed go again

  : The breakfast was adequate but lacked baked beans, tomatoes & mushrooms
  : The fact that there was little variety at breakfast. The bar was not open in the evenings. No evening meal available on both nights & only one lunch time meal. No entertainment either evening. We were very disappointed.
