  : The rooms were very basic considering I paid over $1000 for 3 nights stay. The room was not serviced on our 2nd night considering on check in I asked for our room to be serviced every day. No amenities such as shower cap. Lighting was poor in the room with no master switch so had to switch off each light individually

  : Staff is great, the room was great, nice gym.
  : The pool is not heated and there is no hot tub. So even though it was in the 80s, the pool was too cold to go into.

  : Good meeting rooms. Our individual room was very nice with small balcony, overlooking redwood trees, and had a nice couch - very roomy & comfortable.
  : That they only had one dining room and it was not always open and when it was, it was understaffed.

  : We liked the restaurant and location.
  : It would have been appropriate if we had been aware that the water would be turned off during the first day we were staying here. We had a medical procedure this day and the fact that there was no water for almost three hours was most inconvenient. Marriott could do better !!

  : Location, room, cleanliness. HOWEVER, A/C in entire place was out when we arrived & checked in. We had to attempt to get ready for our party, while sweating like crazy. Couldnt even freshen up! At least A/C was back on at midnight when we returned.
  : After the A/C problem. We were looking forward to sleeping in in the morning. But, we were awaken very early by very loud and rowdy kids in the adjoining room: screaming, banging on walls, and running outside on the lanai and banging and a yelling! It was horrible Were the parents in a coma?? We Never have had such a horrible experience. It was quite much to walk into the Hotel the late afternoon and find it at about 80 degrees F. It felt like walking into a sauna! At least when we returned at about midnight, it was fixed. But then to be awakened very early the next morning by such unruly children.

  : It was convenient. Room was clean, bar/restaurant was nice, good location and beautiful grounds.
  : Parking lot is too far and the closer one was too dark. On a Saturday with a huge wedding going on they were sanding and painting the lobby. Not cool!!!!!
