  : The airco and the boiler were making noises, not functioning well in general, so nobody could sleep well, specially because it was a hit-golf. WiFi was not stable either.

  : Apartment was very located. Walking distance to the beach and the town of San Vito. The size of the apartment was big. In fact for 2 it was too big. Apartment was clean and with basic furniture. It is not a 5 star hotel but it is comfortable. Highly recommend for those with family and children as there are 2 extra single bed in the living room. Overall good experience. Would also recommend to book the newer apartment which cost a little more but really nice.

  : The management is bad and will affect next season also, please be aware!! My room was completely unusable, boiler malfunctioning, air conditioning unit in dire need of repair/service and a completely broken spring mattress to sleep on. The only offer was for us to vacate the room which we had paid for, so that workman could come in and fix the problems for as long as it takes. I am a full paying customer who does not expect to leave their apartment with a 2 year old for as long as it takes to fix problems that are so clearly fixed in the off season. Basic management skills, so so basic. As i could not risk my family with a potentially malfunction boiler i left. Willing to have paid the night i stayed i chanced for a refund of the next two, but obviously, as you can imagine they take the stance that they should make full paying customers bare the brunt of their bad practise and facilities. And just a little conjecture for you, believe or not believe it - even the nice staff member said this company only cares about the money, not you. Overall - its haggered and in dire need of a paint, just so the ingrained dirt is at least not on show. Re kitchen, you could I suppose cook a pot noodle.

  : Coffee-machine is demanding, specific tablets which not easy to buy.
