  : Location was great, walked to nearby sites. Nice gift shop, very pleasant staff, very clean room.
  : The bed was a bit hard (and quite high) and lighting was low. Wish restaurant had been open but understand the circumstances.

  : We liked the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi, there were plenty of clean towels. We liked the restaurant and the tavern on the first day . The staff were very good, especially Tracy on the night desk.
  : The first room we were given was very dark and musty which we didn’t like. However the staff were happy to change us to a much nicer room. The lighting in the rooms wasn’t very bright. Upon checking in we were told they were not offering housekeeping services which is very disappointing. Approximately 1oz plastic bottles of shampoo/conditioner were left for 2 of us for 3 days and plastic glasses which is not environmentally friendly. Unfortunately on our first night after changing rooms there was a kitchen fire and we had to evacuate the hotel while the fire was extinguished. Subsequently the hotel’s bars and restaurants were closed but our room was serviceable so we elected to stay. It was disappointing that the hotel charged us full price even though they were unable to provide the facilities as per our original booking.
