  : Hotel was good for the price. Check-in was quick and easy, Hailey at the front desk was always helpful and and friendly. Located in a great area. Liked the full kitchen in room, did not have dishes but just had to ask front desk for some.
  : The free breakfast was 2 star for sure. TV in room could be bigger. Hotel needs some updating.

  : The hotel was infested with cockroaches, didn't even end up sleeping there after seeing 4 roaches in kitchen, bathroom and sleeping area

  : I paid online for this room with booking.com. When I arrived, I had to pay another $291.00 to get a key. The attendant said something about a virtual card which she said was denied. The next morning, I went to desk to find out more. The gentleman that was working did a little investigating , couldnt find why I was charged twice so he refunded me the second charge. I called booking.com and got the run around with no help from them. They actually did not tell the truth. Booking.com told me that she called the front desk to find out the problem. She told me on the phone no one answered the phone. Little did she know I was at the front desk the whole time. The phone did not ring.

  : The manager was honest about the poor condition of the hotel.
  : Ist rm-garb & cig. butts on floor. Not cleaned at all. 2nd rm- hair & toothpaste in sink, sticky tables,fecus on bathroom floor. Spoke to mngr he said thats normal & worse w/other rms/ not enough staff.

  : It is clean and the staff is friendly and efficient. Its great to have a kitchen in the room and washers/ dryers in the hotel.

  : The gentleman at the front desk was the a complete jerk. He actually to several people who had paid reservations. They didn't have any rooms . Then proceeded to tell them to go away. Where he didn't care just leave. The worst part was they had rooms. He was just to lazy or maybe he enjoyed telling people to go away . Getting some sort of sick pleasure from the crushed look in their faces. When confronted he would dare you to call his boss spitting out the name often This review he won't care the jackaxx told me to do it.I waited 2 1/2 hours for my room to be ready. Then was told it would be comped for the wait. The next morning I asked about the room comp he laughed "she can't do that' and proceeded to tell me there was no way I was getting one. Overall 2 out of 10 I won't stay at that one again.
  : See the comments above . No dishes or anything when I asked the answer was come back in the morning I've got a lot of laundry to do.... WTF. The employee mentioned above is /was training these people. So not only do you have a complete ass at the forefront of your business. This person is spreading his go die in a hole attitude to all his fellow employees. Toxic .
