  : POSITIVES:•The condo had an elevator. It would have been helpful to have a luggage cart. •Keypad Entry – no need for a key! Everyone in our party could come in and out without a problem. •We arrived right before 4pm and were not able to get into the condo. One call to the Management team and they gave us an alternate key code to get in. •The apartment is beautifully appointed. Nicely decorated. The furniture is very comfortable.•There were A LOT of pots, pans, and utensils. Everything you need to cook. •Outdoor Grill •Good water pressure in the shower.•Lots of beach items – beach chairs, umbrella, noodles, beach towels. •Very close to the beach.•The pool was very clean.
  : NEGATIVES:•The cleaning staff needs to do a better job.•In the Guest Bathroom: The sliding pocket door on the guest bathroom (situated right next to the toilet) was stained with what looked like urine. •In the Guest Bathroom: There is a unsightly line of grime under the sink cabinet and along the base boards. It looks like the floors were quickly mopped without attention to the corners of the floor.
