  : Review said 4 star it is a 2 star at best . Breakfast was minimal and no awareness of dietary restrictions. Very little interaction with proprietors .room was barely appointed not even a waste basket

  : The view from our bedroom was incredible. I laid in bed and looked out onto the water. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was severed every morning and it consisted of pastry, meats, cheeses, tarts, veggies, juice, water, coffee and espresso. The Wifi was good. You must like dogs too. There is a cute dog that greats all guests, especially at breakfast.
  : It was nice to be outside of the city center but it was 2 miles away and there wasn't really anything near the hotel, e.g. grocery store, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. The staff were pleasant but not friendly and most didn't speak English. The pool was located in the shade. The beaker kept flipping in our room which was very annoying. There is no lift (elevator either) you have to climb stairs to get to room. The grounds were not kept up. They were very cluttered. We didn't have a car at this place.

  : Away from the Sorrento crowds, handy for local bars and restaurants and a 15 minute walk to San Agnello train station. For all the hotel's faults the cleaning staff were great and kept our room spotless on a daily basis.
  : I really don't like giving bad reviews but we were expecting something special for 265 per night. We'd booked a Deluxe triple room with sea view for 7 nights. On arrival we found the staff indifferent no friendly welcome more like we were disturbing them and we were a nuisance. I see others have said how friendly they were, well we must have caught them on a really bad week. When the receptionist was there she spent most of the hiding behind her phone. The hotel is tired and needs updating - there are some vending machines in the reception area but no other type of bar or room service. Nowhere to unpack your clothes in the room other than a hanging rail, no mini bar, tea/coffee facilities, toilet seat loose and a disappointing sea view - literally just the sea in the distance, no actual coast or anything interesting to look at. Breakfast was ok just about but the whole place has the feel of a low budget hotel with staff in severe need of training. Sorry to write this negative review but before we booked most of the reviews on here were positive so we feel we were slightly misled and as a result very disappointed. Had we paid nearer 100 per night we would have been more accepting of the hotel's condition and treatment by staff.
