  : Great location for us visiting relatives. The staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. The food in Crocodile is very good, and the gardens, with the Tiki Bar are a great place to relax with a drink.
  : The rooms are comfortable and clean, but not in the least luxurious. We chose a poolside room, which was a great location, but the one HUGE downside, was the bed was on a metal frame and base, which made a terrible clanging noise when trying to get in or out of it. Not great, if you need to visit the bathroom in the middle of the night!!

  : Nothing as described / the receptionist said the description is Written by Booking.com so he blamed another. The description given was a private entrance - it was a door of a public landing. A private pool for the suite. The pool was the hotel pool and it was not a suite it was an adjoining room. Suites have a sitting area this did not. The room was tired, grim, cheap mattress and sheets, chipped tatty furniture and awful dusty pictures. What’s more it was over priced. That was my main grievance. Whether it was in Santa Barbara which is not cheap for hotels it was over priced for a tired and tatty room. Sending in the cleaners was not going to fix this situation. I was ripped off, duped by the description. It was DREADFUL. Have stayed in 7 lovely hotels on this trip - this was most expensive and worst by a long stretch. Unhelpful staff told me the room was as described!!!

  : The room was clean and spacious. The housekeeping was very good. The location is decent, not too far away from downtown, but far enough away that you don't have to deal with tons of traffic. The restaurant inside the hotel is decent.
  : The room was always very stuffy and super humid. Like, more humid inside the room than it was outside. Running the AC didn't change the humidity of the room. I just always felt a little bit sticky and a bit damp the whole time.

  : Entrance and front facilities were lovely, staff were great.
  : Our room was very humid, the air con wasn't great. Our room looked onto nothing, the patio had frosted glass surrounding it and we had a covered roof meaning sitting outside was very uncomfortable due to humidity.
