  : The bartender made me an exceptional espresso martini. Also the gentleman who checked me in was SUPER nice and had the best smile

  : The location was easy and accessible to a lot. The hotel itself was very clean, including the bathroom on the first floor by the bar. Our room was very clean also.
  : There were flies in the ice machine on the first night; to their credit after I told them, a staff member was already cleaning the machine by the time I made it back up to my room from the lobby. One of the outlets didn't work in the room also.

  : Good location for concert at Levi Stadium. Clean rooms.
  : Check- in is 4pm, did not get a room until after 5. Arrived at 4:20 and was told my room was cleaned and they were waiting for it to be inspected and would be about 15 minutes. Waited 20 and still no room. Went back to ask and was told my room was not ready. Waited until 5 and went back to ask and then was given another room.

  : The Accommodation was appalling and after being offered alternative rooms the Hotel agreed to re-imburse the amount paid - they were not charging Booking.Com for the reservation / Stay as we had to move out due to the unclean, location and noise in addition to the appalling rooms offered
  : The Accommodation was not clean very unsuitable and I booked an alternative Hotel after checking into this one booked, expecting a full refund within 7 x Days from booking.com as per email sent via the accommodation.

  : Hyatt always seems to deliver with professional, welcoming, reception staff, beautiful, modern, updated, clean, open concept, high ceiling reception areas, large mini-suite rooms, clean pools, gyms, and eating areas. Hyatt corporation, please buy out an old hotel next to Santa Clara University and refurbish it for SCU families! We love Hyatts!
  : The only thing we really did not like at this Hyatt was that the dirty towels, after cleaning every room, were left outside the rooms in the hall all day (1-5 pm) until someone finally picked them up. When we first arrived the day before, there were towels in a heap on the floor at the end of the hall. I have not seen that ever before in a hotel and we are world travelers, plus Hyatt members! We left a tip because our room was clean. But, the hall carpets need to be clean, hygienic, and welcoming as well.

  : Dirty filthy spa and very cloudy pool. Wasn’t able to use either which was highly disappointing considering we were attempting to get out of the heat and swim and soak in hot tub to relax …feel like some discount should apply as all amenities couldn’t be utilized
