  : Breakfast was great! I like the shuttle in the morning. I really liked the indoor outdoor pool, and sauna. I especially liked it when Alexandria and Martina dressed in traditional clothing!!
  : The hot tub wasnt hot enough. I also didnt like being charged for tap water.

  : Fantastic property with amazing views from balconies bedecked in flowers. The staff are excellent and helpful. The chambermaid is a lovely happy lady and the young man with spectacles who runs the bar is excellent. The Manager shows interest in the residents and his staff which was refreshing The spa area and pool are lovely with a beautiful infinity pool and hot tub taking advantage of the spectacular views The rooms are clean and well appointed. The breakfast and evening meal were great with variety and Covid practices of mask at the buffet are in place. The town is down quite a steep hill but taken slowly you do get used to it A nice walk by the hotel along the old railway is fairly flat and full of information We made the trip up the two chair lifts to Saslong and walked across before coming down. Do check the times of the chairlift as it is a long walk if you miss both lifts. Also walking boots and clothing would be a benefit. It can be quite cold at the top.We were provided with free bus tickets for the duration of our stay but I cannot advise on the service as we preferred to walk. Excellent hotel and town. I would definitely return if in the area again
  : The breakfast and evening meal times are quite rigid and in the evening do not run late. A minor thing and a small inconvenience on the day we did a long walk into the late afternoon.The bar area has a lovely feel. We enjoyed chatting with other travellers from other countries. However when full there is no alternative sitting area such as a lounge to sit and read or drink into the evening.
