  : A/C froze up and quit cooking. Called to report. We checked out the next day and repairman called us on our way home to let us know he was working on it.

  : The location in the gated community was amazingly fabulously great. We loved the walk to the swimming pool and the restaurants close by. The walk to the actual beach was not bad.
  : For the money, this place is very hard to beat. The small floor-by-floor square footage takes a little getting used to. It felt a little cramped in the kitchen/dinette/living room area, but thats what you paid for. The main thing I didnt like that didnt have anything to do with the square footage was the VERY noisy not very good quality bed. The upstairs bed sagged quite a bit in the middle and the frame is noisy as hell. We are not exceptionally acrobatic in bed, if you know what I mean, but even normal intimate activity made a huge racket. If we had been with our adult children or another couple using the second bedroom we wouldnt have even wanted to move in the bed, it made so much noise. We have owned furnished beach houses on 30 A in the past. I think you would get a lot of bang for your buck by investing in a higher-quality bedframe and mattress for the upstairs bedroom. I highly recommend Thuma for quality, appearance, and ease of assembly. The nice thing about the Thuma bed is, in addition to its awesome performance its easy to take apart and move in the future. Other than that the place was really awesome for the price and we would definitely stay here again. PS. I thought I was giving this feedback just to the owners, not the general public. Everything I said is still true but when I say "you" I'm talking to the owners. Like I said, this place is a wonderful value. You can walk to shops and restaurants, you can stream your own Netflix account, the AC worked great. The kitchen was adequately stocked for our needs. If they upgrade the upstairs bed to something less noisy, this place will be a 10.0 score for the money.

  : A list of issues. I have rentals and wouldnt leave it to a new tenant to make the property owner aware of the problems with the property. If the owner is not directly involved with the rental, the cleaning person should address the issues before it is rented again.

  : This house was not equipped for the stay. There was only one very small frying pan in the kitchen the grill did but work, the TV in the living room would only show one channel, and there was no way to access the pool prior to check in even though the listing says you can.
