  : It was very clean and although not fancy at all the owners have gone out of their way making it nice, adding snacks and water in the room.
  : It was very loud during the day as it was a busy street but finally settled down around 8 pm

  : The manager was very rude and combative with me and blamed me for him overbooking the rooms . When I booked my stay on booking.com I was given the option for a queen bed and when I called to confirm my booking the manager got upset about the fact that he was overbooked and said o shouldt have booked a room . He ended up giving me an extra room that he had available wich was nice of him but , he told us we are not allowed to sit on any of the other beds, and not to mess up any of the other beds, and just acted very rude and uninviting, the comments and attitude he had was very bizarre . He made us do a walk through upon checkout which Ive never had to do and gave use trouble about basically everything he called us at 10:30 and told us to check out when checkout wasnt until 11 PM . He then continued to tell us how nice he was for letting us use the extra room , that we ended up staying in after we had paid to rent a room ??? he acted like he was doing us a huge favor, and I am a little shocked. This guy is still in business to be honest,. It was a very strange experience and I would NOT return to this hotel in the future for any reason . It stunk pretty bad , the location is terrible and the over all vibe of the place is just uncomfortable. Its cheap which is maybe the only good thing about it .

  : The room is standard size. Overall, the room and bathroom are relatively clean. The bed is on the soft side, but it's fine.
  : The TV did not work at all. Zero channel.

  : The woman who checked me in was excellent. I especially appreciated that she helped me get a quiet room while dealing with the hospitalization of my elderly father. This compassionate reception was night-and-day different than the one I received at the Best Western in Rohnert Park the day before. Thank her please!
  : Not super thrilled with your location but I realize there isn't much you can do about that. The toilet seat is too low in the bathroom -- it needs to be updated to a model with a higher seat.
