  : We arrived earlier than standard check-in time and were offered a room without a balcony. We refused this because a balcony is essential for us and our booking details (room facilities) confirmed a balcony had been booked. The reception staff denied this and said it was at their discretion! I said we would not stay if a balcony was not provided as per the booking contract. They said that if we waited for four hours they would see what they could find. They did provide us with the booked specification later so why was this initial denial made? Were they saving the room for someone else? The hotel is excellent and we would love to return but either the hotel needs to honour the booking description or the booking.com site needs to be amended to say that a balcony is not guaranteed (in which case we would have to book elsewhere).

  : Due to Covid there was no restaurant service and the bar was closed which was a shame.

  : Spacious room with a balcony and bathtub. Good amenities. Reception was friendly and helpful. For the price, location is good.
  : The room was a bit old, and the floors and walls showed some ware and tear. The breakfast was not great, and they had no options besides bread. The staff wasnt very attentive so it was hard to ask for more options. If you have allergies, dont take the breakfast. The location isnt the best, and from the outside the hotel doesnt look nice. Its nicer inside.
