  : Property management needs to clean up the loose gravel and dirt around the cabin entrance. My wife slipped in the loose gravel, fell and broke her wrist, hand and two fingers.She had to drive herself to a hospital 30 miles away on the dark, winding roads with her non-dominant hand. It made for the most harrowing vacation experience of our lives and effectively ruined our last four days there. Parking is always difficult in this group of cabins.

  : Not acceptable not being able to watch regular TV stations and being told for the first 2 days we needed to click on an APP that was not installed on the TV.

  : Poor lighting, kitchen not well equipped Parking area poor Could have been cleaner, looked as if it had been unoccupied for a long time.

  : Location close to Helen. Only good thing about it.
  : Comfort, cleanliness, and quality of amenities. Roaches every morning and night, cobwebs throughout. Not cleaned upon arrival. Hot tub broken parts, leaking and musty smell, bed sagging, sofa dipping. Needs a deep clean throughout.

  : The road needs improvement. The mattress needs to be replaced... Other than that, the place is amazing, quiet and private.
