  : Very close to Helen. Contactless check in and check out. You get a text day of check in with the check in process and then they text you once the room is ready. Check out - they text you and you just text them when you leave. Cute little boutique when the reception is in. Parking lot is close When we arrived there was a wedding ceremony and looked like a beautiful venue option for those interested! Sad we didn't have enough time to check out the trail or buy a bottle of Malbec! It was really tasty during our quick tasting on the way out for dinner. Thank you Scott for your great customer service!The following are just FYI - they did not bother us, but things to keep in mind for other customers:- stairs only and all rooms appear to be upstairs- balcony oversees the parking lot and is a shared balcony
  : Minor difficulty with check in since we did our payment through booking.com and arrived a little after 5pm. I felt so bad the receptionist stayed late to confirm payment. I had to call booking only for them to call the lodge right in front of us. Hopefully this process smoothes out for future customers. All I can say is if you are booking through a 3rd party and arriving after the reception leaves for the day, just be sure to call during the hours of operation to confirm everything is squared away. I did not think to do it because we were driving.I did learn that Booking.com uses a company card to take care of payment so the lodge almost had us pay again. Minor inconvenience, but everything was perfectly fine. Definitely double checking all bookings I make on booking.com from now on.Not a fan of the scent of the shampoo and conditioner, but we forgot ours and had to use it after tubing.

  : Didn’t refill the tea selection (for tea lovers like me). Wished they put extra toilet paper more than the nights we stayed.

  : The room felt like a step back in time, it had antique furniture and it looked so pretty. There was a common area that was very nice as well. There was wine tasting in which we did not participate.

  : Good location with easy contactless check in and communication via text. Clean rooms with strong window unit a/c. Perfectly pleasant overall.
  : They recommended that we take a walk to look at the "waterfall" on the property. It wasn't a waterfall (especially considering some of the spectacular natural formations in the area), but a minimally functioning water feature. Mostly didn't care for the nomenclature.
